\"PlanningJonno’s Place has opportunities for volunteers\/mentors who are passionate to share their expertise and potentially mentor others in many different capacities.<\/p>\n

We are currently seeking volunteers with expertise\u00a0 in the following areas:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Designers\u00a0 and planners<\/strong> for\u00a0 construction of tiny houses and for the reconstruction of our hand-hewn 1820s barn.\u00a0 (See The Barn Project<\/a>.) The barn\/ event center will have a\u00a0 daylight basement\/ work training area, and attached ell which will contain a cafe.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Construction professionals<\/strong>, project managers, builders, architects,\u00a0 landscape and structural engineers including drainage, sewage, storm water and gray water experts.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Trades People<\/strong> including Carpenters, plumbers, electricians<\/p>\n

\u2022 Laborers, gardeners, maintenance<\/strong>, etc.\u00a0 including \u2022 bio dynamic\/ Micro greens gardener.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Artists, weavers, hand crafters<\/strong> including sewing, knitting, etc<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bakers and cooks<\/strong>, especially those experienced on setting up a commercial kitchen and familiar with special dietary cooking.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Business professionals<\/strong> with skills in accounting, estate planning, human resources, insurance and law, working with DHHS and the State of Maine etc.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Grant writers<\/strong><\/p>\n
